School Rules

Fee Regulations

  • School fees should be paid for all the 12 months of the year.
  • All the fees should be paid on or before the 15th of every month, failing which he/she will have to pay a fine of Rs. 5.
  • Special (term fees) fees will be collected thrice in a year in June, October and January months along with the monthly fees.
  • Every month the fee card should be produced in the office when the school fee is paid. If the card is lost a duplicate card will be issued
  • A fee of Rs. 100/- shall be levied for Transfer certificate.
  • Fees once paid cannot be refunded or adjusted on any
  • If the fee is paid by the end of the month defaulters would not be allowed to attend classes or to write the examination unless all dues are paid. Defaulters will be sent home and parents are requested not to raise any complaint about this.

Fees can be paid between 8.30 a.m. to 1.10 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. on all working days. It can be paid from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Saturdays

School Uniform

The school uniform is compulsory on all days and at school functions. Pupils should come to school clean and tidy. Hair should be well trimmed and combed

Pupils with dirty dress and bare feet will not be allowed in the school

VI - X Boys and Girls - Black shoes and Black Socks XI & XII Girls - White canvas shoes and White socks XI & XII Boys - Black shoes and Black socks with Tie All pupils must wear their respective House Colour dresses which will be given by school with White Canvas shoes on all Wednesdays. The girls must use House Colour ribbons.

General Regulations

The Principal and staff request the full co-operation of the parents in seeing that the children keep the school regulations which have been made with a view to train the pupils in discipline and develop theirall round personality.

Library Rules

  • Perfect silence and order must be maintained in the library.
  • Only one book ata time will be issued on appointed days.
  • No one may keep the book with him / her for more than seven days.
  • A book may be issued for a further period of fourteen days if there is no demand for it.
  • Students shall handle the books carefully. Any damage done shall have to be made good.
  • Before the book is returned to the library, the necessary entry must be made in the hand book, on the page reserved for the same.
  • Books lost shall have to be paid for.

8- Students shall return the library books fifteen days before each of the examination. Those who do not return them will not be allowed to sit forthe examination
